drunk driver does damage to my property last night

Lovely. A drunk (we suspect) driver ran off the road and into our yard sometime in the middle of the night. The tracks clearly show where he/she left the street and tried to get out of our yard two or three different ways ( and failed). Our property sits below the road, and their vehicle would not make it back up the hill, evident by the huge ruts they left in their attempts to flee. It was a small car, probably a Honda civic. They also left lovely tracks in the lawn, tore out 4 bushes and drove over both of my raised vegetable beds, breaking them. Who knows what they did to the irrigation. They missed a utility pole by about 6 inches. I have big boulders all around my yard and they missed those too. Too bad, it would have been nice had they bumped into one of those. I estimate the damage to be about $500 which is exactly the amount of my deductible. How crappy is that.
